Energy New Venture Competition
Open to seed-stage companies, budding entrepreneurs, researchers, and students from around the globe, the Energy New Venture Competition (ENV) offers competitors a comprehensive mentorship and professional training program led by Platform Calgary. The competition also provides valuable exposure to investors and industry leaders with the chance of winning more than $100,000 in cash and in-kind prizes.
TENET i2c Program
The TENET Innovation to Commercialization (TENET i2c) program provides funding and training to University of Calgary researchers, clinicians, postdocs, graduate students and staff to transform their health research into a commercial product with a chance to win up to $100,000 to commercialize their product.
Cannon Lachapelle Award in Entrepreneurial Thinking
This award is for undergraduate students who embody entrepreneurial thinking. The award recipient will receive $10,000 for demonstrating creativity and innovation that supports the University campus and the Calgary community.
